Program status
This program is active. Referrals are subject to the eligibility, written acceptance, and payment terms below.
New customer and permission
The referral must introduce a new EL.P customer who has agreed to be contacted about a construction project. A current customer or a prospect already in an active EL.P sales conversation does not qualify. Obtain permission before sharing contact details.
Acceptance before signing
Submit the referral before the customer signs a contract. EL.P must expressly accept the referral in writing before that contract is signed and confirm the qualifying scope and reward tier. A submission confirmation number acknowledges receipt only; it is not acceptance, eligibility approval, or a payment guarantee. One reward applies per qualifying project; duplicate referrals do not create additional rewards.
Eligible and profitable construction
Only construction projects accepted by EL.P under this program qualify. Before accepting a referral, EL.P must document that the qualifying project is expected to remain profitable after its estimated labor, materials, subcontractors, allocated overhead, applicable taxes, and the referral reward. EL.P will confirm this qualification in writing rather than promise rewards on every contract.
Contract amount and reward
The qualifying contract amount is the construction amount paid to EL.P for the accepted scope, excluding separately stated taxes, financing charges, refunds, and canceled work. The schedule below sets the reward, capped at $3,500 per qualifying project. Contracts below $5,000 do not qualify. Tier upper limits include cents up to the next threshold. Any scope or price change affecting the reward must be disclosed and agreed in writing; it does not automatically increase the reward.
Insurance-funded roofing excluded
Roofing projects funded in whole or in part by insurance are excluded pending legal review. They are not eligible under this schedule. Any future inclusion requires separately reviewed and approved terms.
Payment timing
For an accepted qualifying referral, EL.P will pay the qualifying reward within 30 calendar days after both the project is completed and the final customer payment has cleared. The 30-day period starts on the later of those two dates. A signed contract, deposit, or confirmation number alone does not make a reward payable. Canceled projects and projects without cleared final payment do not qualify for payment.
Records and privacy
EL.P keeps a private record of the confirmation number, customer permission, referral acceptance, qualification review, applicable terms, project completion, cleared final payment, and reward payment.
